Air Tour Terms and Conditions
- All Air tours are subject to availability.
- Prices and schedules are subject to change without notice.
- Your safety or experience will not be compromised; we apologize in advance if we need to reschedule your flight due to bad weather or mechanical concerns. Williamsburg Flight Center reserves the right to reschedule the flight to a different date.
- We reserve the right to change the route of the flight or reschedule for bad weather.
- Tours can be rescheduled if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance of your reservation time by sending an email to info@williamsburgflightcenter.com
- Tours, flight lessons, and gift certificates are non-refundable.
- If you don’t show up for your scheduled flight time or are more than 30 minutes late, the flight will be marked as completed and charged in full.
- If you have purchased a Air Tour Certificate from a third party, please contact the vendor directly to inquire about a refund.
- Williamsburg Flight Center is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged gift certificates or vouchers, or any unauthorized gift certificate use, and will not replace lost, stolen or damaged gift certificates.
- Passengers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by parent or guardian. Due to limited space we are not able to use child seats in the airplane.
- Adult U.S. passengers (18 and older) are required to show U.S. federal or state-issued valid photo ID and non U.S. passengers must present a foreign government-issued valid passport. Children under the age of 2 yrs. are required to have proof of age (passport or birth certificate).
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Reasons for refusal of service may be intoxication or you may otherwise be determined to be unfit for flight. In those cases you will not be allowed to board the aircraft.
- The maximum combined weight is 550 lbs. Confirmation of weight may be required upon arrival. The maximum allowable passengers per flight are three. Children over the age of 2 yrs. will be required to purchase a seat.
- Passengers may be subject to safety search prior to boarding the flight.
- All Air tours passengers must sign a liability release prior to the flight.
Air Tour Cancellation Policy
- A 48-hour cancellation notice is required. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled flight or no-shows at the time of flight will be charged full price and will not receive a refund. Extenuating circumstances shall be reviewed by management only.
- Should your reservation be cancelled by Williamsburg Flight Center (WFC) due to unforeseen events (i.e. weather conditions or aircraft maintenance), the credit card used to make the reservation will not be charged. We will make every attempt to contact you in a timely manner to reschedule any reservation that needs to be altered due to such condition.
- All times are approximate. Williamsburg Flight Center (WFC) reserves the right to combine different length flights. Group terms may vary depending on booking time and number of guests.
- If you don’t show up for your scheduled flight time or are more than 30 minutes late, the flight will be marked as completed and charged in full.
- A standard rebooking fee of $50 will be applied to flights that are re-scheduled within 48 hours at the request of the customer. A valid credit card is required to confirm reservations for both Air tours and Discovery Flight.
Flight Training Cancellation
- No-show penalty: I understand that if I schedule a flight lesson with WFC flight instructor, and do not arrive for that lesson, I am subject to a penalty charge of one hour of the scheduled time at the flight instructor rate, if not properly canceled and released by WFC. This penalty will not apply if I call and cancel the lesson and/or rental at least twenty-four hours before its scheduled time, or if due to inclement weather. In either case, I understand that it is my responsibility to contact the flight school to cancel that flight at the earliest time possible.
- I am responsible for and agree to pay any and all normal and customary customer charges and/or costs associated with my flight training, aircraft rental and/or purchase of equipment or supplies. If my account is referred to an attorney for collection, then in addition to my account balance which I agree that I am obligated to pay. I agree to pay actual attorneys fees incurred which shall be not less than one-third of the amount that I owe, plus court costs, and interest in the amount of two (2) percent per month on any balance more than thirty (30) days past due.
